- Weakness or paralyses in arms and legs

- Facial asymmetry (wry mouth)

An apoplectic stroke usually results in a sudden failure of brain functions. A severe apoplectic stroke causes dulling or even loss of consciousness and can be life-threatening. The kind and degree of the disorder depend on the exact area of the brain in which the damage happened, and moreover on the size of the affected area as well as the cause of the apoplectic stroke.

The following neurological functional deficits, which have not completely degenerated up to a given point, can only be remedied or at least significantly improved by the intensely applied GIGER MD® Therapy:

- Speech or visual disorders

- Disorders of other sensory functions (smell, taste, touch)

- Impairment of emotional and cognitive function

- Vertigo

- Headache

- Disorders of consciousness

- Numbness in arms, legs or face
